• What we collect: the email address you enter in the signup form. Our host also processes technical data such as IP addresses and access logs to deliver and secure the site. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
• Why: to send you occasional updates about placket and Orillo.
• Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.
• Who processes it: Netlify, Inc., which hosts the site and receives form submissions, acting as our processor under its data processing agreement. Transfers to the United States rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with standard contractual clauses as a fallback.
• How long: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to hello@orillo.ai. You can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

The autonomy check. If you send your results, we receive your email address, your answers and your result. We use them to send you your results and to follow up about them.
